The Origin
Why Alethos?
We view transformation as the movement from the hidden to the understood. It is the process of bringing what is obscured into the light of awareness, allowing you to move from a divided state to one of integration.
The name Alethos is rooted in the Greek words alēthōs (truly), alēthēs (true), and alētheia (truth). In ancient philosophy, truth was not just a fact to be known, but an uncovering of what has been hidden.
Ultimately, the Alethos Project is about turning insight into intentional action. By uncovering the truth of your own experience, you gain the clarity needed to align who you are with how you choose to live.
The Alethos Method
01
Discover
Identify the patterns beneath the presenting problem: competing values, limiting beliefs, emotional triggers, protective strategies, unresolved experiences, and gaps between who you are and how you are living.
02
Integrate
Work with the parts of you that want different things, understand the positive intentions behind unwanted patterns, and create greater alignment between your conscious goals and deeper emotional drivers.
03
Transform
Translate internal change into observable choices, stronger boundaries, healthier relationships, meaningful action, and a way of living that reflects what matters most to you.

I approach transformation as both a practitioner and a serious student of human change.
That means I care about what works—but also why it works, when it works, for whom it works, and where our confidence should end.
Alethos grew from a conviction that meaningful change cannot be reduced to motivation, mindset, productivity, or any single model of human behavior. People are more complex than that. We are shaped by biology, experience, relationships, identity, values, unconscious learning, culture, meaning, and the stories we have come to accept about ourselves.
Meaningful transformation requires us to work across those layers.
